About Garmabeh Razavi

Garmabe Razavi is one of the historical works of Iran in the city of Qazvin. The history of this place dates back to 1647, which was built during the time of Shah Abbas II by Amirgune Khan Qajar Qazvini, one of the generals of Shah Abbas Safavid, and by the order of the Shah. This place is the second old Hammam of the city after the Shah’s Bath, and in the Qajar period, due to its new construction, it was called the New Shah’s Hammam, and the current Qajar Hammam was renamed to the Old Shah’s Hammam. This place was registered as one of the national monuments of Iran on August 2, 2005 with registration number 12617. The area of this hot house is about 1045 square meters and it consists of three main parts, Sarbineh, Miander, Garmkhaneh, and also two separate parts for women and men. Its entrance is located in a private covered corridor between Jalokhan Nabi Mosque and Wazir Bazaar. This greenhouse has an elongated and straight roof, and in addition to the greenhouse, it also has four pools. This bathroom was one of the most complete bathrooms in its time. In this bathroom, in addition to the treasury and hot water storage, there is a space called Chal Hoz, which was also a place to store lukewarm water and people used it only for fun. In addition to visiting this historical place, you can also visit Sarai Nagar al-Sultaneh, Forty Seton Palace, Qazvin Traditional Market, Masjid al-Nabi, etc.
