About Shrine of Pir Narson

Pir Narson shrine, which is also known as Pir Narsuneh shrine, Pir Nurasteh shrine and Pir Narstaneh shrine, is one of the famous places of Yazd and sacred and respected places of Zoroastrians. Zoroastrians gather in this place on the day of Sepandarmazd until the day of Azar from the month of July (2nd to 6th of July). Dating back to the reign of Muzaffar al-Din Shah Qajar, this place is built next to a pond and includes a large hall and sefa for visitors. The shrine of Pir Narson was registered as one of Iran’s national monuments on June 7, 1999, with registration number 2355.
