Haj Seyed Kazem Timche is located among one of the most important sights of Qazvin, Qazvin Bazar. In front of the row of stalls, there was a small covered shop where a number of merchants, including Haj Seyed Kazem, a leather seller, did business. This Timcheh was later called Haj Seyed Kazem Timcheh, and it is still considered the center of leather shop and bar shop.
