About House of Zaim ( Qazvin )
There are no clear and clear written documents about this historic house available, but the inscription placed in the southern part of the building, i.e. its royal residence, belongs to the year 1613 and is engraved on it, indicating that this house belongs to the Safavid period.
This house which has seen the life of three generations and finally the family of Mr. Zaim; The employee of the registry office used to live in this house, finally, about 10 years ago, it was bought by cultural heritage from this family and they are working on its restoration.

The Architecture of Zaim’s House
This house had three courtyards and a reservoir as well as a basement on both sides of the building. Unfortunately, only one of the courtyards remains now and the rest have been destroyed and lost due to neglect of these valuable and historical works.
The northern part of this building has beautiful and magnificent architectures, which have become houses, and the southern part, where the royal residence is located, has displayed beautiful images with its moqrans work, stucco work, mirror work, and old paintings.
In addition to visiting the historical house of Zaim, make sure to leave time to look at the burnt Qazvin Planar Mosque, which is located on the same street, so that you have hit two targets with one arrow.
